Meet Our Attorney

Crystal Harris Collins

Hello, I’m Crystal, and I’ve been a licensed attorney for over twenty years and I’d love to help you resolve your family law issues. Whether you are looking to protect your rights in a divorce or seeking to ensure the best interests of a child in your life, I’m here to help you. My practice areas include divorce, separation agreements, child support, custody, adoption, and special needs guardianship.
I’m a wife and mother of three amazing children. My youngest, Christopher, is autistic and developmentally delayed.  I know the difficulties that parents of special needs children face daily and I’ll help you get your child the support they need as they enter adulthood.
Outside of law, I serve as co-chair of the Baltimore County Local Interagency Coordinating Council. Through this role, I assist different county agencies and groups with establishing plans and creating systems for children and families from early childhood and throughout their school-age years. I offer my perspective and input as a special needs parent in order improve the lives of all local area children.
